Having had four
boys over 8 years we have add each one circumcised by a different Doctors at
different clinics. Our recent experience with Dr Al-Ali and his kind colleague
was the best experience by far. Dr Al-Ali was extremely professional, quick and
kind to our 2 month old son. My wife, new to the circumcision tradition was the
most relaxed she has ever been at this often highly emotional time. Our little
boy is comfortable a day later and we have had a day out with him.
I would recommend
Dr Al-Ali over any other circumcision service; believe me, between ourselves
and our friends we have tried quite a few.

Circumcised by Dr Al-Ali. We as with most new parents wanted to find a
qualified Doctor to carry out the procedure and we are glad that we decided to get

I am a health
professional who has, and continues to work with many health professionals from
all over the world. I can confidently say Dr Al-Ali and his very efficient
assistant are easily some of the best practitioners in the business. I
underwent the circumcision yesterday, I have to admit I was anxious before the
procedure. Dr Al-Ali and his assistant took time to explain the procedure
answer all my questions and allay my anxiety. They told me it was going to be
painless. He administered the local anaesthesia, and he asked me I could feel
my penis, I couldn’t, all the sensation was gone. He started the procedure and
it was totally painless, I even fell asleep at some point. The procedure was
successful, I drove home thereafter. Even after the local anaesthesia had worn
off, it was totally painless. As I write this comment, I am in day 1 after the
operation, I am pain free, I will be going out to do some shopping in a minute.

week old baby.
I was very anxious about the circumcision as this is my first son, I
was not sure what to expect and worried about complications. I spoke to
friends and family who had been through the procedure and Dr Al-Ali was
recommended to me. Taking into consideration the procedure and the positive
experience of the family that recommended him, I chose to use Dr
Al-Ali for the circumcision of my son.
I felt a lot more
comfortable about the procedure after Dr. Al-Ali explained it in detail
and answered my questions.
The circumcision
itself was very quick and my son did not experience any pain. I was given
detailed information on how to care for the area to encourage faster healing. I
followed the instructions and the circumcision has healed nicely without any
complications.

Many Thanks to Dr. Al-Ali for carrying out circumcision for my 5 months
old little baby.
In my family and friends they normally carry out Circumcision of their babies
back home in India in a traditional way, which is according to me not very
comfortable and painful for the little Angels, hence I didn't knew of any good
place for Circumcision in London. After some investigations on Internet I found
Dr. Al-Ali, looking at his experience and his feedback I chose him for the
Circumcision of my little Baby.
I have to admit that even knowing Dr. Al-Ali's capabilities and
experience, I was a bit nervous for my little one, but once Dr. Ali explained
me the procedure I was much comfortable.
Circumcision of my Baby went so pain less and smoothly that I couldn't
believe it. Only after 15 minutes of the Circumcision my little one gave a
"smile to me " which itself explained how well Dr. Al-Ali has done
the procedure.
I also recommended my brother to go ahead with Dr. Al-Ali for his little
one and he also had a same level of satisfaction that I got.
